ERACON International Conference 2023
During the 4th day of the 2023 ERACON International Conference (29 June at Tor Vergata University of Rome) Francesca Greco (researcher at University of Udine) & Stefania Capogna (Scientific Director of the DiTES Research Centre of Link Campus University) & presented the ERASMUS+ project ECOLHE.
Their intervention “The university to test of digital teaching and learning. The Italian case” focused on the study made for one of the Intellectual Outputs of the ECOLHE project. The aim of the research was to investigate the way universities promote innovation and digital challenge in their learning-teaching processes.
However, the main idea behind the study was that the availability of the technological infrastructure is not sufficient to guarantee a correct use of learning and knowledge technologies among professors, learners and researchers. Indeed, the Italian case results show both lights and shadows of the process of digitalizzation in Higher Education, which has been running for a long time but is bound by a stop and go and double speed process.
